Delivery & Returns Policy
Shipping
Currently, shipping to UK mainland is absolutely free !
Shipping to the rest of the UK is weight based and calculated at checkout.
Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 days.
Delivery is usually made within 3-5 days of dispatch.
Orders exceeding 3kg weight in total are sent by courier for next day delivery.
We are unable to delivery to P.O Boxes and BFPO addresses.
Returns & Cancellation
- Cancellation Rights
- You have 14 days after receiving your goods to cancel your order.
- Please notify us of your cancellation in writing to us using our website’s contact form.
- For orders not yet dispatched, please provide your order number for cancellation.
- Order amendments/cancellations are only possible while the order is still processing; they are not possible once dispatched.
- Returns Timeframes
- For faulty or incomplete items: you must report these to us within 72 hours of receipt. Please send contact us using the contact form. We may ask you to send photographs of the products.
- Damaged items: Report within 48 hours of receipt.
- Wrong items or missing items delivered: Report within 72 hours of receipt.
- Unwanted items: Report within 7 days of receipt. The cost of the return shall be borne by the customer and goods must be returned in their original packaging as new.
- All returns must be completed within 28 days of notification.
- Undelivered items : Report within 21 days of payment
- Product Warranty
- Our products come with 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from delivery date (excluding consumables).
- The warranty excludes:
- Fair wear and tear
- Willful damage, accidents, negligence, and improper use
- Large furniture items made from recycled wood
- Consumable items (e.g., batteries) are covered only for physical defects on arrival.
- Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the return.
- Payment is refunded to the original payment method.
- Depending on the circumstances and approval from our team , reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed for approved returns.
- Out of Stock Items
- If any items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you and give you a choice of a refund or ship the remaining items if you wish.
- Returns Process
- Please contact customer support using the contact form for return authorization and instructions before returning any items.
- All items must be returned in original packaging and ‘as new’ condition.
- Include your original order number with all returns.
- For high-value items (£15+), please return with tracking to ensure their safe arrival.
- Unauthorized returns or returns not following the correct procedure will not be reimbursed for shipping costs.
